A Visual for the Power of Partnership

Have you seen our recent magazine advertisements? They’re sporting a new look courtesy of a strategic, collaborative effort between TMG and CO-OP Financial Services.

(If not, here’s a quick peek at one of them from a recent issue of the Credit Union Times. And while you’re there, read the article next to it, which features our client, First Community Federal Credit Union.)

To symbolize the power of our strategic alliance and what we see as the new future in payment innovations, our executives teamed up to design a new graphic element for our advertising efforts. Patterned after a vintage “seal of approval,” the graphic element, which we introduced to credit union audiences in display ads last month, will reappear on a smaller scale in both TMG and CO-OP’s individual ads moving forward.

We want everyone who sees this seal to be reminded of the power of the TMG/CO-OP alliance, which expands each of our competencies for the development of best-in-class payment technologies and superior customer experiences.

Here’s what CO-OP’s President/CEO Stan Hollen had to say about the effort: “Our partnership is about more than economies of scale or efficiencies. TMG and CO-OP understand credit unions are excited about the future of payments, yet they need sound guidance and support to bring the right products and services to their members. That future, for TMG and CO-OP, is now. We are actively designing and testing the innovations that will become consumers’ must-have financial tools in the near future.”

Just a few of the initiatives we have already brought to the market are best-in-class after-hours cardholder support services and industry-leading improvements to fraud prevention strategies. As well, we are working on rolling out the following:
• flexible payment solutions to fit the diverse needs of 7,300+ credit unions
• launch of innovative mobile banking and payments products
• data aggregation and integration of Springboard, a proprietary technology interface providing a faster, more efficient way to serve cardholders

By joining forces, TMG and CO-OP are offering our clients and their members a new standard in convenience products and payments solutions. As our new ad campaign states, it takes two to raise the bar this high.
